Chapter 409 is a member of the Maryland Federation of NARFE, the only organization solely dedicated to the general welfare of all Federal workers and retirees.

There are no luncheons or newsletters in July & August. The next luncheon will take place on Tuesday, September 9, 2025 at 11:00 AM. The speaker will be Terri Lemere, M.S., OTR/L, ALCM ®, CAPS representing Healthy Home Living Solutions, LLC, who will talk about Aging in Place. Luncheons are held at Golden Corral Buffet & Grill, 5621 Spectrum Drive in Frederick, MD.

If you are not feeling well on the day of the luncheon, please do not attend.
