- The February 2026 luncheon featured an outstanding presentation by County Executive Jessica Fitzwater, who spoke about some of the issues with which the County Government deals and her role as County Executive. - The January 2026 luncheon speaker was Professor Guillermo Warley, who spoke about Artificial Intelligence: How it Works, Brief Overview of its Opportunities and Challenges. There you’ll find answers to many benefits questions, as well as the capability to change your mailing address, your federal or state income tax withholding, and much more. NARFE offers members a wide range of information on federal benefits at www.narfe.org/federal- benefits-institute. As a member of Chapter 409 you also have available the chapter’s Service Officer to assist you or your survivors with matters involving federal benefits.
